Broadstreet u12s this week welcomed Stewart’s and Lloyd’s RFC from Corby.
They were an exceptional team with great discipline. It was extremely wet and muddy underfoot, making ball handling difficult. S&L dominated the first 5 minutes but our lads regained their strength and broke through with a great first try. Game result 1-0 to Broadstreet

Second game we started strong. They had some particularly large lads but our defence was strong . Our boys training kicked in and they played some excellent rugby. Game result 4-2 To Broadstreet

Our player of the day today was Jayden , who was nominated Captain. Very strong from the start. He led his team to two great wins for their first home matches of the season.
