The U13s continued on their successful tour of Midlands Rugby Clubs, taking a 50-5 victory away from Ashby RFC in Leicestershire. Without quite a number of regulars including "try machine" Jimmy Loftus for just the 2nd time this season, Street found themselves facing a big Ashby team on a full size pitch and found things difficult in the early stages particularly at scrum time. However Cole Moore finally made the breakthrough, showing his pace and power through the middle. Further short range tries followed from Caelen McGarrity and Charlie Rowstron before Street started taking full advantage of their superiority in the backs to create tries out wide for Zack Rose and Jonny Mothersdale. The 2nd half continued in a similar vein with Moore completing his hat trick and Oli Doughty powering through several tacklers to score. McGarrity got his 2nd of the game before Ashby scored their first try of the morning and Leo May completed the scoring in the final play of the match.
