Under 8’s train and play on Sunday mornings usually starting at 1aam. At this age we play tag rugby with an emphasis on fun and inclusion.

During the course of the season we will be looking to improve some basic individual skills, catching and passing whilst running, and some general game awareness such as positioning and offside.

The rugby values are core to the ethos that we want to promote and respect is an important element of this. We will encourage our team to respect the opposition, respect the referee, respect their coaches and team mates and also have self respect in the form of confidence.
